The Hideaway Chalet is an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) constructed over an existing garage on the site. The existing home is one of the clients’ vacation rental homes, and by adding this ADU, they are able to generate additional income from short-term rental of the unit. Roadside Bonsai Architecture provided design, consultant coordination, permitting assistance, and construction phase services.
