Cake Meet Me Patisserie Tenant Improvement - Bellevue, Washington

Needing additional space to expand her operations and have a public-facing location, Nina Fang of Cake Meet Me Patisserie commissioned Roadside Bonsai Architecture to help bring her goals to life. This tenant improvement project consisted of laying out the necessary equipment, coordinating with an interior designer for the retail and dining areas, specifying finishes and lighting, gaining approval of the property management team for the 112th and 12th building, shepherding the project through the City of Bellevue building and planning department, obtaining King County Health Department approval, and coordinating with the contractor throughout design and construction.
